Elisa Recchioni is an Investment Analyst at Sella Direct Ventures, where she contributes to shaping the firm’s strategic direction and investment roadmap. She is actively involved in sourcing and evaluating promising fintech startups across Europe - from Pre-Seed to Series A - and in managing Sella’s corporate venture capital portfolio of over 45 companies, with a NAV exceeding €55M.

Previously, she worked as an Asset Management Analyst at Hotel Investment Partners (HIP) in Barcelona – the leading leisure hotel investor in Southern Europe – where she optimized asset performance through market positioning strategies, operational efficiency initiatives contributing to the implementation and monitoring of both the Asset Management Plan, and CapEx initiatives.

Prior to that, Elisa served as a Venture Capital Analyst at NFront Ventures in Oslo, providing operational support and conducting due diligence on high-growth SaaS startups across Europe and the United States.

Outside of her professional life, Elisa is passionate about traveling and loves to cook. On Thursday evenings, she keeps a personal tradition: enjoying a good pizza.
