Jeremy Shure is a Senior Investment Partner at Sella Direct Ventures, where he leads the firm's global fund investment strategy with a focus on North America and Western Europe. He serves on the Sella Group Investment Committee, where he institutionalized and oversees the firm's end-to-end fund investment process including portfolio construction, sourcing, diligence, and LP/GP engagement with approximately 50 fund investments in the current portfolio.
Previously, he founded the Emerging Companies/Venture Practice at a national law firm, led the Early Stage Practice at Silicon Valley Bank (East Coast), and served as Chief Revenue Officer of the first nationally chartered digital bank in the U.S.
A Kauffman Fellow (Class Leadership Award), Jeremy brings more than two decades of multidisciplinary experience across venture capital, law, and banking. Drawing on his operator's background and deep relationships with LPs, GPs, corporates, and founders, he acts as connective tissue to the core of the innovation economy generating strategic and financial returns that drive multidimensional value across the portfolio and the greater corporate entity.
He lives in Westchester, New York, with his wife and four children, and has served in leadership roles on the boards of several national nonprofits. A crossword enthusiast (on a 1,600+ day NYT streak and still going), Springsteen fan, and serial hobbyist (music, magic, tennis), he spends as much time outdoors as possible with his family, including coaching youth sports.
